Who takes care of organizational aspects of student life? The students themselves! The most active among them become members of the Student Council, where they spend their free time organizing and implementing a wide variety of events.
At our faculty, as well as across KPI, a mutually beneficial relationship has been established between the Student Council and the Dean’s Office: the Council brings diversity to the daily life of FIOT, while the administration supports and helps implement student initiatives. Close cooperation between administration and students, mutual respect, and a shared desire to improve the faculty are the key elements of what is known as the “KPI spirit.”
Any full-time student, postgraduate student, or doctoral candidate of the university who recognizes the Statute, pays membership fees, and is not a member of another trade union may become a member of the student trade union.
