    Development of the theory of designing computer systems on the system, operational, functional and logical designing levels of the development, formal methods and algorithmic representations of solutions designing problems. Development theory and methodology of monitoring and diagnosing computer systems and their components based on an idea of diagnosis procedure as a procedure for diagnosing the object decomposition fragments with defined characteristics test suitability.
Development of theoretical principles and methods of computer processing of contour images, documentation and handwriting text on the basis of determination of sufficiency for quality image processing of semantic models and the development of simplified algorithms for solving specific problems of image recognition. Results published in 3 books and 200 scientific papers, 8 certificates. Reserved 20 PhD’S and a ScD’s dissertations.
